Eligibility:
✔ Must be a resident of Brgy. Ocaña
âś” Must be 22 years old and below
❌ Players who have participated in CESAFI, Palarong Pambansa, Intertown Tournaments, Mayor’s Cup (21 & Under), Gullas Cup, or Governor’s Cup are not eligible
✅ Exception: Players from the Mayor’s Cup (15 & Under) are allowed
