Qualified Donors:
β’ 16β17 years old (with parent/guardian consent)
β’ 18β60 years old
β’ 61β65 years old (regular donors only)
β’ Must weigh at least 50 kg
β’ BP: 90/60 to 160/100
β€οΈ Before Donating:
β’ Eat at least 2 hours before donating
β’ Get at least 6 hours of sleep
β’ Avoid alcoholic beverages 24 hours before donation
β’ Avoid fatty and oily foods
β’ Drink plenty of water
π Individuals with tattoos may donate provided that at least one year has passed since getting the tattoo.
