For New Applicants, Reactivation, and Transfer: Any valid government-issued ID, including:
- PhilSys ID
- Postal ID
- PWD ID
- Student ID/library card (signed by school authority)
- Senior Citizen ID
- LTO Driver’s License/Student Permit
- NBI Clearance
- Passport
- SSS/GSIS/UMID
- PRC License
- IBP ID
- NCIP Confirmation (for ICC/IP members)
- Other valid government-issued IDs
For Correction/Change of Name:
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Marriage Contract / Court Order / Certification by Solemnizing Officer / Civil Registrar Order
⚠️ Barangay ID, Cedula, Company ID, or PNP Clearance will not be accepted for registration purposes.
Other Notes:
- Applicants without IDs may be identified under oath by a registered voter from the same precinct or a relative within the 4th civil degree.
- Qualified registrants: at least 15 years old on/before November 2, 2026.
- SK Voters previously registered do not need to register again as regular voters.
