Warmest congratulations to the 45 trainees of TESDA’s Hilot Wellness Massage NC II Course from Sibonga and Carcar City who have successfully completed their training.

This group marks the 5th batch of graduates under TESDA’s Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP)β€”a valuable initiative that opens doors to employment and livelihood opportunities for our constituents.

Although Congresswoman Rhea Gullas was unable to personally attend the graduation, she was well represented by her Chief of Staff, Deej Villanueva. Her message reflects her joy and continued commitment to supporting skills training programs that empower individuals and families.

We also extend our gratitude to TESDA, our partner LGUs, and everyone who helped recruit and encourage the scholars to complete the course. Programs like this truly help strengthen our workforce and create sustainable sources of income.

To all the graduatesβ€”padayon sa pagpaningkamot padung sa kalampusan! πŸ’šπŸ©·
